    All jewelry orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is successfully completed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
  • Delivery Time:
    EleganTrend offers worldwide shipping with a guaranteed delivery time of 15 business days or less from the shipment date, depending on your location and shipping method.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate shipping is available at $9.99.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $100.00.
  • Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery is available at an additional cost of $19.99, depending on your location.

Note: Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply for international orders and are the customer’s responsibility.


3. Worldwide Delivery

We ship our elegant jewelry to most countries worldwide. However, certain regions may be excluded due to logistical constraints. If we are unable to ship to your address, you will be notified immediately.

Important Notes for International Orders:

  • Customs clearance times vary by country and may affect delivery timelines.
  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate, as EleganTrend will not be liable for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Some countries may charge customs duties or import taxes, which are not included in our shipping charges and must be paid by the recipient.

4. Tracking Your Jewelry

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or delivery failure:

  • We will notify you promptly to arrange reshipment.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for resending the order.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost or Stolen Packages:
    EleganTrend is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. We recommend contacting your local carrier for assistance.
  • Damaged Packages:
    If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.

7. Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet our delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays, such as:
